Oscar is our Head of Accounts & Administration. He has over 8 years experience in Finance and Administration. He has a strong grasp in overall Finance management, regulations & analytics.

Prior to joining ESL Uganda Ltd in 2018, Oscar worked with ESL subsidiary in Tanzania (Express Chartering & Shipping) Ltd where he had joined as an Intern (ESL Future Leadership Program) in 2016 and later that year was confirmed as Accounts Officer which he handled for two years. He has immense ability in successful statutory compliance, financial risks mitigation and implementing core finance coverage plans.

He holds Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy.

Anthony Kiyala is the Head of Operations -ESL Uganda limited. He joined the company on July 2018 as an Operations clerk in Malaba and quickly rose to the position of Operations Supervisor in March 2020 and after outstanding performance he became the Head of operations in November 2020.

Kiyala has over 5 years’ experience in the field of logistics, Transport, and sales. He is result oriented and has good solution-based approach to industry challenges and a team player.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Transport and Logistics Management (1st Class honors) from Makerere University (MUBS) and EACFFPC from Uganda Revenue Authority.
