The ESL Future Leadership Program was initiated in 2015 to offer eligible candidates an opportunity to acquire direct practical experience in what we do and the industry at large.

The program is currently in its 14^th Cohort and thus we seek to give opportunities to candidates in the following areas:

• Ships Agency Intern (Mombasa).
• Sales Intern (Nairobi).
• Warehouse Intern (Mombasa).
• Operations Intern (Nairobi).
• Administration/Procurement Intern (Mombasa).
• Finance Intern (Mombasa).
• Projects Intern (Mombasa).

Eligibility:

The candidates should ideally hold professional and academic qualifications in the fields below to join our next intake:

• Maritime Studies.
• Sales and marketing.
• Logistics Specialization – Warehousing.
• Logistics Specialization – Customs and documentation.
• Administration.
• Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Procurement, Business Administration / Management.
• Economics / Project management / Engineering.

The candidate must demonstrate excellent academic performance as demonstrated by recent university or institution records.

The candidate must be a recent graduate.

• Should possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be goal oriented, passionate, and proactive.
• Readiness to learn.
• Should possess strong analytical skills.
• Must be computer literate.
